Describe your business
It is a drum machine with sounds for concentration: for work, study, or to calm your baby. Create a soundscape that matches your mood in seconds
There are 50+ handpicked sounds, each having several variations – 250+ unique sounds in total, so you can easily create your personal soundscape for any purpose. Like Noisli, but way more powerful
Available on web, iOS and Android
Business model and pricing
The business model should be the following - 80% of sounds are available for free, but only in 1 variant. So, ~40 sounds should be more than enough to try out the project, but if you want variations and advanced features, you can get a subscription.
Initially, the suggestion was to have a free tier and 12$/m PRO tier
On mobiles, you could watch ads to unlock one variation of sound.
At the peak, when project was featured, it had 500-1300 daily users, which can be scaled multiple times according to available data about competing apps (like Noisli, for example), so even a small percentage of paid users can give quite nice revenue
The main issue with releasing the new version and paid tier is the Russo-Ukrainian conflict, so I can't get any revenue from the project
Web app - React (the legacy one) and NextJS(re-written from scratch), both with TS and Firebase
Mobile apps - React Native Expo

The project is not profitable at this moment due to technical-political limitations, but it is ready for that
Growth & Marketing
I created the first version over a weekend and released it on product hunt
ProductHunt release gave me an initial start, then I didn't do any specific marketing, but I got featured on BetaList and a few articles with comparisons with competitors. After this, I got ~100-200 monthly users who just use the project for the past year.
I planned to gather feedback, talk to users, prepare a good V2 and release with a paid plan, give it another release on product hunt, pay for the promos and reviews, and get paid ads.
When implemented, this should give me at least ~10k monthly users and even more feedback to work on
After that, I wanted to share the work process in an email newsletter and on Twitter, so I could keep the audience growing
